We help students develop the necessary skills to live as independently as possible.
Adult Support
We help families build positive relationships with adult agency support.
Our Bridges Transition Program currently offers students with disabilities post-secondary opportunities in hopes that they will become contributing members of our community. We have developed the program to assist students with vocational training, community participation, and volunteer opportunities.

Georgia students up to age 22 may qualify for the
Georgia Special Needs Scholarship to help reduce tuition costs.
