Fr. Jacek went  into every classroom at least once, if not twice, each school day to interact with the students.  He knew each student by name.  It was  Fr. Jacek’s intuitive vision that guided the formation of the special  education program at IC.  As the program continues to develop, it was his insightfulness into student learning that led to the year round school calendar.  Under his guidance, many of our Catholic special needs students were finally able to receive the sacraments of reconciliation and the Eucharist. 

In Fr. Jacek’s memory and to keep his legacy alive and moving forward, we have started the Fr. Jacek Szuster Memorial Special Education Scholarship Fund.  Yearly we ask for donations  to help families desiring a Catholic education for their special needs child.  Please support Fr.
